Your Revel Digital account can be canceled at any time for any reason by sending an email to billing@reveldigital.com or call us at +1-855-738-3534Billing will be immediately suspended. There are no contracts and therefore no penalties for cancellation.

Deactivating a device will remove it from billing and can be done at any time without penalty. Reactivating a device will incur a one-time fee based on the device service level.

To deactivate a device, click the Deactivate button on the device details page.
