Amazon Signage Stick - Getting Started

This guide will assist with getting your Amazon Signage Stick registered in your Revel Digital account. For more detailed setup instructions such as for factory resetting your device, please reference the official Amazon support site here:

Basic Requirements

To start, ensure you've followed the instructions for connecting your device to your screen and have the following ready:

• An Amazon account, including your email address or phone number and password
  • Don't have an account? You can make one here: Create an Amazon Account
• A mobile device or computer connected to the internet
• An internet connection, including your Wi-Fi name and password

Option 1: Mobile App Setup

The Amazon mobile app can be used to locate and register your signage sticks.

Option 2: Physical Remote and Portal Setup

Connect to Wi-Fi

To pair your remote, press and hold the Home button until "Press button to start" appears on-screen (about 10 seconds)

Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password. Please see the troubleshooting steps if you're having trouble locating your network.

When the pairing code appears on screen, navigate to console.signage.amazon.com to complete the setup.

Pair your Device

Navigate to console.signage.amazon.com and login with your Amazon email or phone number and password.

If logging in for the first time, follow the onscreen prompts to enter the pairing code shown on your Signage Stick screen. To add additional devices, visit How to Add and Manage Devices.

Select Revel Digital from the list of content management systems:

Once paired, the device will automatically check for updates and install the Revel Digital player software.

Register your player with Revel Digital

If you do not have a Revel Digital account, create one here https://signup.reveldigital.com

With your signage stick paired and the Revel Digital app downloaded, it will then present a Revel Digital registration code similar to the following:

Login to your Revel Digital account and navigate to Devices, then click the Register New Device button.

Enter the pairing code show in the display, or alternatively scan the QR code and register with your mobile device.
