All videos uploaded to your account will go through an encoding process which ensures the video will play properly on your digital signage hardware. This process can take a while depending on the duration and size of the video. Encoding status is indicated on the file details page and also on the file list. Any scheduled content that is currently encoding will not sync with the player until the process is complete.
